Greetings Ink Industry colleagues,
I hope this letter finds you all in good health and high spirits. As we reflect upon our recent achievements and look ahead to the future, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your unwavering support and dedication to NAPIM and the printing ink industry as a whole.
First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to each of you for making our last two events, the 2023 Summer Course and the 2023 Fall Technical Conference, such resounding successes. Your active participation, insightful contributions, and commitment to the industry were instrumental in creating memorable and impactful experiences for our community. These events not only fostered collaboration and knowledge-sharing but also strengthened the bonds that define our association. Our Summer Course sold out, and we are looking at ways to enhance this offering in the future. Our Fall Technical Conference, which just concluded earlier this month, attracted more than 130 attendees, with 90 percent rating the event good to excellent. The content was strong, the networking top notch, and our Technical Awards Program was exceptionally well-attended.
On a personal note, it is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement from the role of President and CEO at Wikoff Color Corporation. I am very confident in the leadership that will carry the company forward, and I will remain Chairman of the Board for another year to ensure a successful transition for our customers, our suppliers and our employees. I also plan to complete my term as president of NAPIM through 2024 and look forward to devoting my energies to advancing the mission of the association.
In closing, I am excited about the journey ahead and the potential it holds for every member. I know we all face challenges every day in this business, and I appreciate your continued commitment to what we do. The future of NAPIM is bright, and I am grateful to have you as part of our community. Please stay tuned for updates, participate in upcoming events, and engage with us as we work together to make our association the best it can be. I have some exciting news to share with you regarding our 2024 Annual Convention and look forward to your participation.
