Our host hotel is currently sold out. However, we’re pleased to share that we have secured an overflow hotel block at the Holiday Inn Chicago Downtown to accommodate additional attendees. The hotel is conveniently located in the same tower as the voco Chicago Downtown, making it easy to access all event activities.
We encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible, as availability in the overflow block is limited. The deadline to book in the overflow block is September 21, 2026.
Booking Deadline
Reservations should be made no later than Friday, September 11, 2026, to receive the discounted group rate. After this cut-off date, the hotel will release unreserved rooms for general sale. At that time, we will not be able to guarantee availability of rooms.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations must be made by 12:00pm on October 2, 2026, to avoid penalty. Please contact the hotel directly for cancellations.
