This webinar is designed to provide a high level overview of the state and federal regulatory ‎frameworks as they apply to the printing ink and supplier manufacturing industries. This webinar will provide an overview of the state and federal regulation applicable or potentially ‎applicable to the manufacture and usage/application of commercial and packaging printing inks.‎

George Fuchs

Bio: George Fuchs is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in safety, health, environmental, and technical fields. He started his career in 1977 with the Allied Chemical Corp. in Morristown, NJ, where he worked in various units, including chemical toxicological research and laboratory safety. In 1993, he joined the National Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers as Manager of Regulatory Affairs and later became the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Technology in 2012. Mr. Fuchs is a recipient of numerous awards, including the Printing Industries of America’s Scheaffer Award for Environmental Excellence in 2018 and the National Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers Printing Ink Pioneer Award in 2019. He holds degrees in computer science and chemistry from Seton Hall University.
