Sponsorship opportunities are available. Members of NAPIM can elect to have their company logo and branding printed on various promotional items and signage displayed throughout the event. 

Premier Package | $5,500  SOLD
Premier sponsors can benefit from daily emails, a keynote speaker sponsorship, a 1-2 minute video ad, an exhibit table, logo placement on signage, website, social media, and newsletter, as well as the opportunity to sponsor breaks such as coffee or breakfast..

Partner Benefits | $4,000 
Partner sponsors can benefit from keynote speaker sponsorship, a 1-2 minute video ad, an exhibit table, logo placement on signage, website, social media, and newsletter, as well as the opportunity to sponsor breaks such as coffee or breakfast..

Room Keys | $2,500   SOLD
Your company logo and/or artwork featured on every attendee's hotel room key at The Pfister.

Tote Bags | $2,000 
Your logo featured on tote bags handed out to all attendees at the registration table. You can also provide an additional item to be placed in the bags.

Conference App | $3,000 
Your company name featured in the official conference app.

Pens | $1,500
Your logo featured on all pens handed out during the convention. It's a great way to show off your company. After all, everyone needs a pen and will grab yours.

Lanyards | $2,500  SOLD
Your company name or tagline printed on the name badge lanyards worn by all attendees. (Lanyards to be provided by NAPIM).

Supplier Showcase| $1,300 Member/$1,850 Non-Member (2 available)

The Supplier Showcases close the opening session of the Technical Conference.  These short, concise 7-10 minutes speaking opportunities are designed to allow suppliers to present new or existing products or technologies focused on printing ink formulation, manufacturing, or usage.  It can highlight a product or series of products within your portfolio of sales offerings. An LCD projector/screen and laptop computer will be provided

Exhibit Table Top| $600 Member/$900 Non-Member (5 available)

The Tabletop Exhibits will be expanded this year to allow exhibitors the opportunity to showcase their products and services during BOTH the Annual Convention and Technical Conference. In addition to the evening receptions, there will also be ample time for presentations and meetings with the combined audience. A tabletop is a great “add-on” to the Supplier Showcases allowing you to connect with your customers in a relaxed setting.
